Turkish State Minister Denies Reports on Turkish-Armenian Relations

Turkish State Minister Bashir Atalay says Turkish government not to
have any relations with Armenia without Azerbaijan's agreement.
He said this during his official visit to Baku for the opening
ceremony of Ataturk Center.
"Turkey can not have any relations with Armenia which opposes
Azerbaijan's interests,' said Bashir Atalay, Vice Premier, also State
Minister of Turkey, on Saturday, according to Trend news agency. He
was commenting on media reports about the possible opening of the
Turkish-Armenian borders.
