Most of Armenia's foreign debt in "preferential" loans

Preferential credits make up 93 per cent of Armenia's foreign state
debt, Mediamax quoted the Armenian deputy minister of finance and
economy, (?Atom Janjugazyan), as saying today. He said that Armenia's
state debt was 1.98bn dollars at the end of 2003.
