TRANSACTIONS CONCLUDED ON BEHALF OF 5 NON-REGISTERED COMPANIES
YEREVAN, APRIL 6, NOYAN TAPAN. During the fulfilment of the
investigation functions by State Tax Service attached to RA
government it was found out that different persons sign and give
accounts documents on behalf of the "Pipo," "Karik," "Fed-1," "Ira,"
"Ashotsk-1" LTDs. But according to the report submitted by the State
Tax Service, no such companies exist indeed, they aren't registered
in the state register bodies of juridical persons and in the State
Tax Service. In this connection the State Tax Service suggests that
all economic entities should abstain from concluding transactions
with persons acting on behalf of the above-mentioned companies.
