'Russia's position on Garabagh conflict will not change'
Baku, April 7, AssA-Irada
The visiting former Russian president Boris Yeltsin has said that
Moscowâ's position on the Upper Garabagh conflict is well-known and
will undergo no changes.
Yeltsin visiting Baku on the invitation of Azerbaijani President Ilham
Aliyev told journalists at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport
upon arrival that he was invited to the country several years ago by
the former Azeri President Heydar Aliyev.
Yelstin said he will visit Guba and Azerbaijani regions for the first
time following his meetings in Baku.
During the four-day visit, the former Russian president is expected to
meet with President Aliyev, Prime Minister Artur Rasizada, the Azeri
public and representatives of the Russian community in Azerbaijan.*
