HIS HOLINESS MEETS WITH THE AMBASSADOR OF HUNGARY TO LEBANON
His Holiness Aram I met with the ambassador of Hungary to Lebanon,
Pal Fabian, on April 14. The Catholicos and the ambassador discussed
the current situation of Lebanon, concentrating on the issue of the
formation of a new government.
Ambassador Fabian said that a high-level delegation representing the
European Community will arrive in Lebanon in the coming days to hold
meetings with Lebanese officials.
His Holiness Aram I stressed the importance of quickly forming a
government, the principle task of which would be to draft an election
law and hold elections.
