THE EUROPEANS PREFER ARSHAK SADOYAN'S DRAFT?

In today's press conference Arshak Sadoyan blamed the representatives
of RA authorities who misinform the society because of their own
ambitions. The NA delegate claims that the Venice Committee experts
have liked his draft constitution most.
According to Arshak Sadoyan, the Europeans especially liked the
article of the Constitution in which the order of forming the
Government is shown. In his draft Constitution Arshak Sadoyan offers
to give the right of forming Government to the NA. If the Parliament
does not manage to form Government twice, the right is given to the
President of the country, and the NA must approve the Government he
has formed. But if they do not approve, the President has the right
to dissolve the Parliament.
As the National Democratic Union does not have the necessary financial
means to fully publish the draft constitution of their leader,
in order to introduce his draft to the community Arshak Sadoyan has
decided to publish it in the newspaper "Hanrapetutyun". Before making
arrangements Sadoyan already announces that if the newspaper refuses
to publish his draft, this will prove that the authorities are against
the real amendments to the Constitution.
