Territorial administration minister appointed in Armenia

YEREVAN

Armenian President Robert Kocharyan yesterday signed a decree
reorganizing the Ministry of Territorial Administration. Under the
decree, the emergency department of the Armenian government, Migration
and Refugees Department and the state water management committee have
become part of the ministry.

By the another decree, Ovik Abramyan has been appointed minister of
territorial administration. Abramyan will also work as the
coordinating minister.
