conflict has reached a deadlock, Head of the Department of Conflictology and
Migration of the Azerbaijani Institute of Peace and Democracy Arif Yunusov
stated in Yerevan today. In his words, Ilham Aliyev came to power with the
help of militaristic rhetoric. Arif Yunusov stressed that it was Ilham
Aliyev, who many times called upon the Azerbaijani public organizations to
refrain from any contacts with Armenia
