ARMENIAN PRESIDENT RECEIVES NEWLY APPOINTED UN COORDINATOR IN ARMENIA

YEREVAN, AUGUST 17, ARMENPRESS: Armenian President Robert Kocharian
received today the newly appointed UN coordinator in Armenia, UNDP
permanent representative Mrs. Consuelo Vidal on the occasion of
handing over her credentials.
Armenian presidential press service said Kocharian wished success
in her high mission and said that the programs implemented by UN
in Armenia are notable by their efficiency. He expressed hope that
the dynamic bilateral cooperation between UN and Armenia will be
maintained un future.
