RA CONSTITUTIONAL COURT RECOGNIZES CORRESPONDING TO CONSTITUTION THREE
DOCUMENTS CONCERNING INTERNATIONAL CARGO TRANSPORTATIONS
YEREVAN, AUGUST 26, NOYAN TAPAN. On August 26, the RA Constitutional
Court recognizes corresponding to the Constitution principles fixed in
three international documents concerning cargo transportations.
Andranik Manukian, the RA Minister of Transport and Communication was
the RA President's official representative on issues concerning
corresponding of the report on the following conventions with the RA
Constitution: the "Agreement on International Car Transportations"
signed on May 19, 1956 in Geneva; the convention on making easier
passing of the border for cargo transportation by railway signed on
January 10, 1952; and the convention of the agreement on international
car transportations signed on July 5, 1978. Earlier, at the August 16
sitting, the examination of those issues was postponed because of his
absence.
