SADAKHLI RESIDENTS BLOCKED OFF GEORGIAN-ARMENIAN MAIN ROAD

On June 28, Sadraddin Palangov, resident of Sadakhli village, Kvemo
Kartli Borchali district, Marneuli, disappeared somewhere around the
Georgian-Armenian border.
According to witnesses, they heard gunshots at approximately 10 or
11 pm from towards the border.
The villagers went to the place of incident to find bloody spots
and seven shells of "Makarov" pistol, but the further search gave
no results.
Indignant about this, they blocked off the main road between Georgia
and Armenia.
Amiran Shubitidze, Marneuli Chief Executive and Elkhan Polukhov,
Second Secretary of the Azerbaijanian Embassy in Georgia visited the
place of incident and met with the villagers.
