OSCE PARLIAMENTARIANS VOTE AGAINST AZERI RESOLUTION ON NAGORNO
    KARABAKH

YEREVAN, July 5. /ARKA/. Delegates of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly
(PA) voted in Washington against the Resolution on Nagorno Karabakh,
submitted by the Head of the Azerbaijani delegation to OSCE PA Satar
Safarov. According to the Armenian National Committee of America
(ANCA), the voting took place on July 1, during the OCSE PA session.
Parliamentarians considered Safarov's Resolution to be biased; it
gained only some symbolic votes and was withdrawn from the agenda.
"We are thankful to all those, who voted against the Resolution",
    ANCA Executive Director said.
Armenian delegation to the OSCE PA session was headed by the
Vice-Speaker of the RA National Assembly Vahan Hovhannisyan.
Delegation included the Leader of "National Unity" Party Artashes
Geghamyan and Armenian Republican Party member Samvel Nikoyan. A.A.
