During the process of constitutional reforms the issue of the right
way of changing the constitution becomes extremely important. This was
the poll question of the internet site `A1+' last week. 227
citizenstook part in the poll. The votes were distributes as follows:
Via referendum - 85%
President + 2/3 of the NA - 9.3%
By decision of 3/4 of the NA - 5.3%
Undecided - 0.4%
