Karabakh leader appoints new spokesman

Yerevan, 14 June: The first assistant to the president of the Nagornyy
Karabakh Republic (NKR), Eduard Atanesyan, has been appointed press
secretary of the republic's president. The NKR president, Arkadiy
Gukasyan, has signed a decree to this effect.
Earlier, the press secretary of the NKR president was Marina
Akopdzhanyan, the deputy chairwoman of the central information office
