NAGORNO-KARABAKH YOUTH NGOS ADDRESS THE REPUBLIC'S YOUTH CALLING FOR
ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN PARLIAMENTARY ELECTIONS
STEPANAKERT, June 16. /ARKA/. Nagorno-Karabakh youth NGOs addressed
the republic's youth calling for active participation in parliamentary
elections scheduled for June 19, ARKA News Agency's correspondent
reports from Stepanakert. "We acknowledge very well that upcoming
parliamentary elections are another crucial step on the way to
national struggle goals achievement, realization of Artsakh people
wishes and building our state system", the address says. The address
expresses confidence that transparent and just elections would give
a new impetus to public and political life democratization and civil
society building in the republic. "We hope that the NKR's Parliament
will pay more attention to young generation's problems and needs and
