PHONE HOOLIGAN ARRESTED

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ As result of operative search measures undertaken by the
officers of the Armenian Police and State Security Service a phone hooligan
was arrested. To remind, yesterday at 2 p.m. local time an unknown called
the waiting room of the Armenian Prime Minister and told that a bomb was
laid in the government building. After carrying out all the essential
measures the call was defined as false. As it was reported, the plotter `is
twice convicted and unbalanced person', Mediamax agency reports.
