KARABAKH REPRESENTATIVES MAY BE INVOLVED IN NEGOTIATUING
    PROCESS: AZERI FM

YEREVAN, MARCH 11. ARMINFO. The Armenian community of Karabakh together
with the Azeri community might be involved in the negotiating process
for the Karabakh conflict settlement. The Karabakh Armenians are
also citizens of Azerbaijan, Azeri FM Elmar Mamedyarov says in an
    interview to Radio Liberty.

The Armenian-Azeri summit talks may be continued in Warsaw but this
    is just an idea.

To remind, OSCE Minsk Group Russian co-chair Yuri Merzlyakov proposed
recently that the Armenian and Azeri presidents might meet in the
framework of the May Moscow celebrations of the 60th anniversary of
    WWII Victory.

Mamedyarov says that he is going to meet his Armenian counterpart
but does not specify the time and venue. In mid Mar Oskanyan is
visiting Vienna but he does not say if he is going to meet with
    Mamedyarov there.

Commenting on Oskanyan's recent statement that Karabakh might join
in the negotiating process Mamedyarov says that the talks have not
    yet reached such a level.
