President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Arkady Ghoukassian received
famous American philanthropist of Armenian origin Alber Boyadjian. The
participants of the meeting exchanged opinions on the prospects of
the NKR development and improvement.
In the course of the talk with journalists A.Boyadjian told about
the aims of his visit to Nagorno Karabakh noting that earlier
during the NKR President's trip to Los-Angeles, an agreement had
been achieved on visiting Karabakh for getting acquainted with the
country's agricultural objects on the spot for working out the plans
on creating new enterprises and working places.
In his turn, NKR President Arkady Ghoukassian noted that Alber
Boyadjian was the greatest philanthropist and, probably, the
most famous Armenian in Karabakh who every year takes part in the
implementation of humanitarian programs in the republic. In particular,
the American philanthropist took an active part in the construction
of the "Goris-Stepanakert" and "North-South" highways. Besides
contributing to the realization of business plans in Karabakh itself,
A.Boyadjian promised to help Karabakh producers in the realization
of their goods in the USA.
