President not to attend CIS Moscow summit

Baku, May 2, AssA-Irada -- President Ilham Aliyev will not attend
the summit of CIS heads of state in Moscow scheduled for May 8. The
President considers participating at the summit on the day marking
the anniversary of Shusha~Rs occupation by Armenian forces as
inappropriate, the President~Rs Office press-service said.
President Aliyev will attend the ceremony dedicated to the 60th
anniversary of Victory in World War II in the Russian capital on May 9,
the report said.*
