Armenian leader, EU envoy discuss Karabakh, reforms

Armenian President Robert Kocharyan has received the special
representative of the European Union [EU] to the South Caucasus,
Ambassador Heikki Talvitie.
The meeting discussed the EU's policy in the region, specifically,
issues concerning cooperation with Armenia.
The sides also discussed the process of settling the Nagornyy Karabakh
conflict and legislative reforms in Armenia.
