Armenians open fire during OSCE monitoring - Azeri Defence Ministry

Baku, 6 May: OSCE monitoring of the cease-fire started in the village
of Qapanli in Azerbaijan's Tartar District at 1030 [0530] today. Four
minutes after the monitoring began, the Armenian side opened fire on
the Azerbaijani positions about 1 km away from the monitoring area.
The cease-fire violation was registered by representatives of the OSCE,
the press service of the Azerbaijani Defence Ministry reports.
