EUROPEAN TV STATION BROADCASTS PROGRAM DEDICATED TO HISTORY OF
GENOCIDES OF 20TH CENTURY IN SLOVAKIA AND CZECHIA
BRATISLAVA, MAY 13, NOYAN TAPAN. On May 11, one of the biggest
European TV stations, "Spectrum" broadcast the "Genocide" documenatry
program dedicated to the history of genocides of the 20th century in a
program envisaged for Slovakia and Czechia. At the beginning of the
program, the Armenian Genocide was presented as the first most violent
genocide. Facts from European archives aproving the Armenian Genocide,
confirmation of the Genocide by different famous scientists, both
Armenian and foreign, were truly presented. Then it was said that
Turks, instead of recognizing the Genocide and begging pardon, have
slured over those happened up to now. The authors of the program
mentioned that Hitler did not only state "Who remembers Armenian
massacres today," but also studying the Armenian Genocide in details,
fearlessly organized massacres of Jews and others. They also
emphasized that if the Armenian Genocide was condemned in time, the
Hollocost would be excluded. Then the history of the genocide
conducted by Fascists was presented. The general trend of the program
was documentary, it was prepared at a high scientific level. All
programs of the "Spectrum" are broadcast almost in all European
languages and are of exclusive popularity in Europe.
