ARMENIAN APOSTOLIC CHURCH AGAINST FOREIGN CITIZENS?
`The donation agreement has been signed without taking into account the fact
of existence of the third party', said Melanya Aroustamyan, advocate of the
company `A.H.A. Invest', alias café `Luna'. The company rented the area next
to the then-building of the National Science Academy Language Institute for
15-20 years investing 61 million drams. By the decision of the Government
the building has been donated to the Holy Echmiadzin.
Now the Armenian Apostolic Church has applied to the Economic Court to evict
the `A.H.A. Invest' LTD from the area. On April 5 the Economical Church has
made a decision in favor of the Church.
The stockholders of the company are citizens of the USA. The company has
already applied to the Court of Appeal. «If it does not help, we will apply
to the Human Rights International Court and all the religious organizations
of the world, that the Armenian Apostolic Church robs foreign citizens in
Armenia», summed the advocate.
