CENTRAL ELECTORAL COMMISSION IS ALLOCATED 3 THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR
HOLDING ELECTIONS OF LOCAL SELF-GOVERNANCE BODIES IN A NUMBER OF
COMMUNITIES
YEREVAN, MAY 26, NOYAN TAPAN. By the RA Government's May 25
resolution, the Minister of Finance and Economy was charged to
allocate 1 mln 320 thousand 905 drams (about 3 thousand US dollars) to
the joint fund of the RA Central Electoral Commission on the account
of the Government's reserve fund envasiged by the RA 2005 state
budget. As Noyan Tapan was informed from the Government's Information
and Public Relations Department, expenses of preparing and holding
regular elections of the rural community heads of Norapat, Sovetakan
of the Armavir marz; Geghamabak, Zolakar of the Gegharkunik marz; of
the urban community head of the city of Spitak, the rural community of
Blagodarnoye, Lori marz; the rural communities' heads of Kanakeravan
of the Kotayk marz, Pemzashen of the Shirak marz; councillor members
of the rural community of Nahapetavan; the rural community heads of
Khndzoresk, the marz of Syunik to be held in June, 2005, will be
financed by those means.
