FM LAYS THE 1ST STONE IN THE FUNDAMENT OF THE NEW BUILDING OF THE RA EMBASSY IN ABU-DABI

YEREVAN, October 3. /ARKA/. The RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Vartan
Oskanian laid the first stone in the fundament of the new building of
the RA Embassy in Abu-Dabi (United Arab Emirates (UAE)). According
to the RA MFA Press Service, the project of the building is ready,
and soon construction work will begin. The Embassy will be located in
the district of the capital where foreign diplomatic representative
offices are located. The territory under construction of the Embassy
was assigned already in spring 2002 during the visit of the RA
President Robert Kocharyan to the UAE. In his turn the RA Government
assigned a territory for a diplomatic representative office of the
UAE in Armenia. A.H.--0-
