HEAD OF PROTOCOL DEPARTMENT OF THE RA PRESIDENTIAL ADMINISTRATION MAMIKON TONOYAN DIED

YEREVAN, October 17. /ARKA/. Head of Protocol Department of the RA
Presidential Administration Mamikon Tonoyan died in car accident,
press-service of the RA Department for Emergency Situations reported
ARKA News Agency. The accident happened in the evening, on October 15,
2005 near "Bellagio" restaurant in Yerevan. Tonoyan was driving Renault
automobile, which turned around near "Bellagio" restaurant, entered
centre strip of the road and clashed with GAZ-3102 automobile. Tonoyan
died at the scene of the accident. His wife Hasmik Galstyan, who was
in the car as well, was brought to St.
Grigor Lusavorich Medical Centre with injuries. Her condition evaluated
by the doctors as stable. M. Tonoyan was 32 years old.
