It was announced by the secretary of the National Security Council
under the president of Armenia. Minister of Defense Serg Sarkisyan,
making a report before the graduates from the Military Institute in
honor of Vazgen Sarkisyan, Serg Sarkisyan pointed out the necessity
of retaining and strengthening of combat effectiveness of the army.
"We must be anxious not to fall behind the best armies in the world.
We will solve the problem by 2015", he said.
