Armenia's state debt totals 1.25bn dollars

YEREVAN
As of 9 September, Armenia's state debt totalled 1.25bn dollars or
552.9bn drams.
The foreign debt accounts for 89 per cent of the overall volume of
state debts - 1,114.5m dollars (493bn drams), the head of staff at the
Armenian Ministry of Finance and Economy, Ruben Gevorkyan, has said in
an interview with Mediamax news agency. Most of Armenia's foreign debt
falls to the World Bank - 67.4 per cent and the International Monetary
Fund - 17.3 per cent.
