ARMENIAN COMMUNITY OF RUSSIA SUPPORTS AMENDMENT TO ARMENIAN
CONSTITUTION ON DUAL CITIZENSHIP
YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 28. ARMINFO. The Armenian community of Russia
favors the Constitutional amendment lifting the ban on the dual
citizenship, a member of the Board of the World Armenian Congress and
the Union of Armenian of Russia, a well-known Russian specialist in
political studies Andranik Mihranyan told journalists at the Armenian
National Academy of Science, Wednesday.
'As the co-author of the present Constitution of Russia, I can say
the French experience shows that effective cooperation between the
prime minister and the president is possible enough when the first
one represents the parliamentary majority, the second - another
political force,' Mihranyan thinks.
