YEREVAN, APRIL 3, NOYAN TAPAN. Numerous works are being implemented
in the direction of raising the efficiency of the "one window"
principle of accepting and examining applications at Yerevan Mayor's
Office. As Suren Koshetsian, Head of the Administration of Yerevan
Mayor's Office, informed at the April 3 press conference, contacts
have been established with Mayor's Offices of a number of countries,
where the "one window" principle is applied. According to him, soon the
representatives of Yerevan Mayor's Office will visit Hungary to study
the experience of Budapest Mayor's Office. S.Koshetsian said that in
January RA President expressed dissatisfaction with the application of
the "one window" principle and gave a number of instructions. According
to this, in particular, all the application-complaints should be
taken under control and the Mayor's Office should give exhaustive
and grounded answers about them to citizens. A hot line with 514-152
phone number is already working. Its goal is to respond to citizens'
complaints connected with the examination of their applications
addressed to the Mayor's Office and their answers.
