Union Special Representative for the South Caucasus Peter Semneby told
(APA).
Referring to the Nagorno Garabagh conflict, Mr. Semneby said it is
very specific one.
"The settlement of this conflict should be based on negotiations. The
conflicting parties are likely to complete the talks and I think
a document will be signed on the settlement. As for compromise,
in my opinion it should be elaborated through long and delicate
negotiations," Semneby emphasized.
