By Mike Bell, Calgary Sun

April 18, 2006 Tuesday
FINAL EDITION
As previously reported in the Sun, System Of A Down are set to return
to the Saddledome for a show.
Sources say the Armenian-American rock act will perform in Calgary
June 26.
No official announcement has been made, but one is expected as soon
as today, with tickets expected to go on sale as early as this weekend.
The last time SOAD was in town was September to support the release
of Mezmerize. Since then, they've released the album's sequel of
sorts, Hypnotize.
In other concert news, Bright Eyes, the project of indie darling
Conor Oberst, has scheduled a MacEwan Hall show for June 8.
Tickets for the show are expected to go on sale later this week.
And finally, Steven Seagal and his band -- yes, you read that correctly
-- Thunderbox are scheduled for a May 9 show at Cowboys.
Tickets to see the arm-breaker and his blues band go on sale today
at Ticketmaster.
