Azerbaijan set to launch war over Garabagh: report

Baku, April 19, AssA-Irada -- The Azerbaijani army will launch an
attack on aggressor Armenia in the coming days, Turkish hurhaber.com
website quoted diplomatic sources as saying.
The report said the Azeri government has carried out thorough
preparations to liberate Upper (Nagorno) Garabagh from under occupation
and that official Baku has already passed a decision to start a war.
It said the relations between the United States and Azerbaijan
expanding of late are related to military action to be waged in
Garabagh.
The report said US President George Bush positively assesses the idea
of launching military action.
The website also indicated that the operations would affect prices
on oil.*
