YEREVAN, DECEMBER 6, NOYAN TAPAN. On December 6, RA National
Assembly with 85 in favor, 19 opposed and 1 abstained votes adopted
RA President's proposal on prlonging the term of RA's joining the
memorandum of mutual understanding On Management of Multi-national
Division Making Part of Iraqi Stabilizing Forces and Regulation of
Other Issues of the Kind. The Ardarutiun (Justice) and ARFD factions,
as well as non-partisan MPs Viktor Dallakian and Hmayak Hovhannisian
voted against the proposal.
