THIEVES OF ARMENIAN MONUMENT ARRESTED IN FRANCE

CHAVILLE, DECEMBER 7, NOYAN TAPAN - ARMENIANS TODAY. The French Police
found out thieves of the Armenian Genocide monument in Chaville. The
thieves had a goal to dissolve and sell the bronze monument with
300 kg weight on which Armenian letters were sculptured. The French
Police stated that this thievery has no political motive. 26 and
29 year old two thieves were arrested in one of Issy-les-Moulineaux
prisons. According to Marmara, the Police did not present details in
what state the monument is at present.
