NOVRUZ MAMMADOV: "NK "REFERENDUM" SHOWS ARMENIA IS NOT SINCERE IN TALKS"

"No meeting on the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict is planned
till the end of the year. But such a meeting may take place," the
head of President's Office International Relations Department Novruz
Mammadov told journalists.
He said he can not go into details concerning the talks on the
settlement of the conflict, APA reports.
"But theoretically generalising the talks, we can realize that the
hesitation is connected with Armenia's agreement to Azerbaijan's
territorial integrity. I mean that on the one hand Armenia shows its
position in front of world community in the talks, on the other hand
referendum is held in Nagorno Karabakh with Armenia's assistance. It
shows that Armenia is not sincere in the " he said.
Novruz Mammadov said that it is early to say exactly if the Spain's
chairing the OSCE will influence the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh
conflict.
"I think, Spain chairing the OSCE meets our interests to some extent.
Separatism is also dangerous for Europe. There exists such a problem
in Spain. I think, Spain will make a delicate approach to the problem,"
he said.
