Baku: Results of Karabakh Negotiations in 2006 were Positive

Negotiations in 2006 were positive, said Azeri FM
Elmar Mamedyarov. He stressed that the OSCE Minsk
Group Co-Chairs also confirmed it. `We discussed a lot
of questions. One more serious issue is left and if we
find a solution for it, it will be a step forward,'
the minister underlined.
Touching upon the issue of increasing or decreasing
the possibility to settle the problem forcefully in
comparison with last year, E. Mamedyarov said that he
is supports peaceful solution of the Nagorno Karabakh
conflict. The military way can harm both Azerbaijan's
and the whole region's economic development, Trend reports.
