Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly is Over

The extraordinary session of the National Assembly began with voting
on July 7: the National Assembly passed the drafts debated in the
previous four-day sittings On the Property of Physical Entities and
the Declaration of Their Incomes, On Making Addenda to RA Law On the
Organization and Carrying out Check-ups, on Amending to RA Law On
Higher Educational and Post-Graduate Specialized Education. The MPs
passed the package of the drafts debated the previous day proposing
amendments in RA Criminal Proceedings and other laws, the package
of the drafts proposing amendments On Alienation of Property for
the Needs of Society and State and other laws, drafts On Making
Amendments to RA Law on Insurance, on Making Addenda and Amendment
in RA Civil Proceedings Code, On Draft Resolution of RA National
Assembly On Declaring Amnesty, ratified the Convention on International
Accessibility of Justice (with enclosed reservations and declarations)
and agreements on Financing Between the Republic of Armenia and
Development International Association (Program Confronting the Bird
Flu) and on Creating Favorable Legal, Economic and Organizational
Conditions for Expanding the Leasing Activity in the Commonwealth
Independent States.
According to the decision of the National Assembly, the MPs debated
and completely passed the draft On Amending the RA Law on Insurance
and the package of the drafts proposing Amendments and Addenda in RA
Criminal Proceedings Code and amendments in other laws.
Exhausting the agenda, the National Assembly completed the work of
the extraordinary session.
