YEREVAN MUNICIPALITY LEVIS 6.5 MILLION DRAMS PENALTIES ON TRADE OUTLETS

YEREVAN, JULY 17, ARMENPRESS: Authorities in Yerevan have detected
breaches in 205 food and services catering outlets out of 285 which
they examined and levied as a result 5.6 million Drams in penalties.
Deputy Yerevan mayor Arman Sahakian told a news conference today that
the bulk of these breaches were in two Yerevan districts of Kentron
and Arabkir.
Sahakian said the ban on mobile sale of liquefied gas remains in force
and attention is paid to undertakers who are forbidden to advertise
their services.
Sahakian said the municipality in cooperation with the health ministry
have stepped up control of a ban on preparation and sale of food and
drinks on streets.
He said all trade and service outlets were registered and all
illegaly ones will be dismantled.
