IN 2005 OVER 400 FAMILIES OF RA CITIZENS INTEND TO MOVE TO ARMENIA
FROM RUSSIA
In 2005 over 400 families of Armenian citizens temporarily dwelling in
the South Federal Region of Russia returned to their homeland. Ararat
Gomtsian, RA Consul General in SFR, said in the interview to
"Yerkramas" newspaper. He said that these families used to live in the
South of Russia for 3 to 7 years.
He also emphasized that great number of RF citizens turn of RA General
Consulate for moving to Armenia for permanent residency.
