Armenian and Azerbaijani presidents have a tête-à-tête meeting
Armenian President Robert Kocharyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham
Aliyev are having a tête-à-tête meeting at present time in Romania's
capital, Bucharest. As a REGNUM correspondent is told by spokesman
for the Armenian president Viktor Sogomonyan, the presidents' meeting
started about an hour and a half ago and it is unknown yet, when it
is to end. The presidents are supposed to have talks on Nagorno
Karabakh settlement.
The meeting started with participation of the two countries' foreign
ministers, OSCE chairman-in-office, Belgian Foreign Minister Karel de
Gucht, OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs and personal representative of the
OSCE chairman-in-office Andrzej Kasprzyk.
The meeting is held in the framework of the Black Sea Forum for
Dialog and Cooperation.
