"Percentages and numbers are important but they should be supplemented
with additional information that explains them," Tigran Torosyan,
NA Speaker said speaking about last year's budget performance
discussions. He advised to supplement the numbers with content to
Atom Janjughazyan, chief treasurer and vice minister of finance and
economy. "We have had good budget performance for many years but have
presented it as a pile of numbers only," Torosyan said.
