Georgian side participating in the project of
Baku-Tbilisi-Akhalkalak-Kars railway construction says there are
misunderstandings concerning the project.
According to Irakli Uzugbaya, head of Georgian Railway Company,
dissatisfaction is connected with how Turkey addresses
technical-economic tasks in the project.
It is the future goods transportation handling that concerns Tbilisi.
