ITEMS SOUNDED BY BRYZA DON'T REFLECT CORE OF DOCUMENT

Karabakh conflict settlement sounded by OSCE Minsk Group Co-chair
Matthew J. Bryza are just elements of the document submitted to the
conflicting parties and certainly do not reflect the essence of the
