STEPANAKERT, MARCH 15, NOYAN TAPAN - ARMENIANS TODAY. NKR President
Arkadi Ghukasian touched upon the current stage of Nagorno Karabakh
settlement process at his March 15 meeting with representatives
of the Artsakh Democratic Party and Azat Hayrenik (Free Homeland)
party parliamentary factions. The head of the state also answered
the questions of MPs.
As Noyan Tapan was informed by NKR President's Acting Spokesperson,
the interlocutors also touched upon the country's socio-economic
development processes, as well as a number of issues included in NKR
