YEREVAN, MARCH 20, NOYAN TAPAN - ARMENIANS TODAY. By RA President
Robert Kocharian's March 18 decree, Ashot Hovakimian was relieved of
the post of RA Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the
Republics of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. Noyan Tapan was informed
about it by the President's Press Service.
