CONDOLEEZZA RICE: ARMENIA SHOULD KEEP STRENGTHENING DEMOCRATIC REFORMS

organize elections meeting international standards. "Register of votes
are checked, changes are introduced in the electoral legislation,"
the Armenian FM assured. The election in 2007 and 2008 will be an
examination on democracy in Armenia, he added, reports RFE/RL.
