AZERI SOLDIER DIES IN ARMENIAN TRUCE VIOLATION

An Azerbaijani soldier has died in a truce violation in northwest Tovuz
District on the Armenian border, private TV station ANS reported on
30 March.
The Azerbaijani Defence Ministry has confirmed the report, the TV said.
In remarks to ANS, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov
said the incident had once again showed that the Armenian-Azerbaijani
conflict over Nagornyy Karabakh was not frozen.
"Of course, this conflict is not frozen. Moreover, as you know,
Azerbaijani and Armenian soldiers are killed every week," Mammadyarov
said, adding that the conflict should be resolved as soon as possible.
