MAVRIK GHUKASIAN APPOINTED NKR PRESIDENT'S ADVISOR

STEPANAKERT, MAY 4, NOYAN TAPAN - ARMENIANS TODAY. NKR President
Arkadi Ghukasian signed on May 4 a number of decrees, according to
which Mavrik Ghukasian was appointed the NKR President's Advisor,
and Rafik Martirosian was discharged the post of the Prosecutor of the
NKR region of Martakert, according to his application. Armen Galstian
was appointed the Prosecutor of the NKR region of Martakert. As Noyan
Tapan was informed by the NKR President's acting Press Sectretary, by
Arkadi Ghukasian's other decrees, Sergey Stepanian was discharged the
post of the Prosecutor of the NKR region of Martuni on the occasion of
retiring for long-years service, and Arsen Hayrapetian was appointed
the new Prosecutor of the NKR region of Martuni.
