Shavarsh Kocharyan: Parliamentary elections to be more decisive that the
presidential ones

`The current internal political developments in Armenia are associated
with the new political situation after the Constitutional Referendum,'
Head of the National Democratic Party Shavarsh Kocharyan is confident.
According to him, after the Constitutional amendments the center of
authority is being transferred to the Parliament, and the
Parliamentary majority decides who will be the decision-maker ` the
Prime Minister or the President.
Shavarsh Kocharyan considers that 2007 parliamentary elections will be
more decisive than the presidential ones in 2008.
According to his assessment, it is not the presidential elections that
will resolve issues, but the parliamentary ones.
